Michelle M. Castañer graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture in 1996. She has more than 17 years of extensive experience in urban planning, hospitality design, custom residential design, remodel/additions and commercial projects. Michelle joined the B1 Architect team 3 years ago focusing on Project Management for high end residential and commercial projects.
Some of Michelle's noted accomplishments include The Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia which has been featured in "Hotel Business" and "Real Estate and Construction," as well as "Southern Living" May 2006. It was also named in the “Conde Nast Traveler” Hot List 2006 and Gold List 2007.
Canton Street Walk in Roswell, Georgia was the recipient of the "Best New Building Type" award by the city of Roswell.
