Greg Bonner

Greg Bonner is the passionate founder and lead architect behind B1 Architect, based in Palm Beach. He earned a Master’s degree in Architecture from Tulane University and launched his own practice in 2012. Since then, Greg has become known across South Florida for creating striking modern and tropical-modern homes that blend sleek, contemporary lines with relaxed coastal charm. With his award-winning designs and deep local insight, he leads each project personally—working with clients to craft beautiful, functional spaces that feel both elegant and effortlessly livable. Greg has also been apart of the Rule and Appeals board in Manalapan for over 10 years.
Michelle Castaner​

Michelle Castaner is a talented Project Architect at B1 Architect in Palm Beach, bringing over 17 years of experience in architecture and design. She is known for her creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects from start to finish. At B1, Michelle works closely with clients to design custom homes, commercial spaces, and renovations that are both beautiful and functional. She’s passionate about creating spaces that reflect how people live and interact with their surroundings, and she takes pride in making the design process smooth and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Sofia Goehler

Sofia Goehler works part-time as an assistant at B1 Architect, helping with day-to-day tasks and supporting the team on design projects. She helps with scheduling, client communication, and keeping things organized around the office. Based in Palm Beach, Sofia enjoys being part of a creative team and learning more about modern, coastal-style design.
